About Ọ̀KẸ́

Ọ̀KẸ́ is a Toronto-based independent curatorial house founded by Fayosola Oke. We are a nomadic curation brand dedicated to unveiling cultural riches and fostering meaningful community connections through art.

At Ọ̀KẸ́, we believe art should move—across physical spaces, into communities, and through the conversations that shape us. We are reimagining how we engage with culture by curating projects that are bold, accessible, and deeply rooted in heritage.

AMOANUA

A one-day-only sanctuary marking the close of Black History Month, AMOANUA: Verse & Vision explored the art of translation through the lens of multidisciplinary poet AMOANUA. This immersive installation served as a bridge between the written word and the visual plane.

MY VIEW, YOUR?

MY VIEW, YOUR? is an environmental art exhibit that challenges and invites viewers to see the world from different perspectives. This exhibit will feature landscape & architecture inspired works from five diverse artists, each bringing their unique vision of landscapes, not only as physical spaces but as reflections of personal experience.
The exhibit name, "MY VIEW, YOUR?", plays on the idea of seeing through someone else's eyes, raising questions about perception, place, and personal connection to the natural world.

Featuring: Mirabel Ehirim, Christine Drouin, Aaron Borchardt, Ola Idris Ali & Shamika Pierre
